Books
It Didn’t Kill the Cat, How Curiosity Ignites the Power of Change: We need to realize that change, like my sudden blindness, is not our enemy, but our attitude towards it certainly is! Too many times we use our prejudices and preconceived ideas to judge the situation, rather than assessing the full potential. Using curiosity by listening with humility, we can begin to “see” both sides of the argument, and be better prepared for what is coming, rather than getting stuck in what happened, André uses personal stories from his 40 year career in the hospitality industry to illustrate his points.
